Yousician: Learn & Play Music App Reviews

Im trying to learn classical piano, the problem I have with this is that it goes from really easy to something SUPER hard! I wish they actually taught you the skill BEFORE you had to take a "test" on it!

Been a long time since Ive played and I used to be good. This is exactly what I need to get me back into guitar again !

Love it! Feels like youre playing a game and is very encouraging and is way less tedious than following a tutorial on YouTube or something. Thinking about going premium soon!

Not just a fun way to learn but very effective! Easy to use.

It gives you songs to play but expects you to teach yourself. Not an effective way to learn an instrument and purely a waste of time.

This thing expects you to know what they want you to play just by looking at their non-intuitive user interface! Why cant this actually show the chords while in lesson mode??? How are you supposed to memorize all chords in a song by quickly looking at it before the song starts and having nothing to remind you the whole time youre into practice??? I would have hoped that at least the app would notice Im not playing and would show the chord but, noooo.... Extremely annoying!!! Unless you have a photographic memory I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I love yousician and it is extremely helpful but I wished it had new up to date songs and lyrics with it.

Love it. Well made. No glitches. Im learning so much! Ive self taught my myself for like 7years and I would play the same things over and over but in like a couple uses Ive learned so much new stuff! Love love. Its so much fun. I guess some improvements could be a tuner. And the get premium adds get annoying because it interupts my play time. I would go premium but I only have my guitar on weekends so it wouldnt be as worth it in my case.

This app is the greatest. Im learning how to play the guitar and Im having fun doing it. I cant wait for my next practice session. Some day Im going to rock the house and Ill have Yousician to thank.
